FNB UNPROFESSIONAL

On June 2024 my fnb business account ( ***) was put on hold, i visited fnb branch soshanguve crossing branch to find out what might be the reason for exerting hold on my account, They called forensic department and their respond was the are suspicious activity in terms of the recent payments i received therefore i need to furnish with supporting documents, I did submit all documents requested for their investigation. After i submitted all documentation its been a 1 year and two week i haven't received any correspondence from fnb. Last time i called on the 10th July 2025 i explained to the consultant i was informed that the people who handling the investigation of the account some are no longer working for fnb(1st moipone gumbi,2nd khutso penny gram,3rd Achmat bennet. Now is with Nthabiseng Phokomi but she also never communicated with me. Really i think FNB forensic department is full of bunch of *********** consultants who can't resolve a matter for a full year to date. I think i need to take the matter to courts for it to be resolved.
