Fnb unprofessional and unreliable services

Unprofessional and unreliable services from FNB credit card department. Was pushed from pillar to post from Friday till today which is Monday issues are not sorted out. They cut calls and don't return. Considering to change my bank . mistake was made from their side, of which I must suffer.
