FNB Unprofessional and neglectful

The FNB Private clients & Home Loans departments do not respond to repeated requests for feedback. The turnover for any enquiries is more than a week. What is the point of being with a bank that finds it acceptable to treat their clients in this manner? I’ve banked with FNB my entire career and unfortunately growing very tired of their lack of professionalism. Perhaps it’s time to move on to Investec.
