FNB unprofessional

My account has been on hold for 4 months , the case was dismissed by the prosecutor, no communication from the bank they did not even bother to follow up with saps instead they blocked my husband's account also . To make the matters worse my account was blocked without a case number then FNB advised my client to open a case , it's been so frustrating dealing with fnb as a third party of my business , I've lost contracts , medical aid , my funeral insurance etc ..
