Fnb unprofessional

My bank account was frozen in 2022 mid year because Someone I traded with crypto had a small dispute and he falsely reported ***** on my account. There was no ***** and BTW the amount was R151. I've contacted and enquired numerous times with FNB Bank and till now nothing is been done. How am I supposed to live without a bank account and no money???
