FNB unotherised debit orders

I have been a client of FNB since probably 2001. Suddenly, if i need help at the end of the month, my husband pays X amount to help me, FNB decides to take my debit orders for my loans without asking, informing me. Then I contacted my Personal banker after this has been going on for more than a year, and i was informed to speak to secure chat. i explained, and then got disconnected, then have to explain again... i also asked FNB to cancel my Savings account, because their rates are insane, instead they closed my Flexi Account, which still had R400. and now my Savings account is R500 in arrears..... how is FNB so in control of my money and just get away with these things.
