FNB UNNECESSARY CHARGES AND FEES AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO HANGS UP ON CLIENTS

On 25/02/2020 at 11:56pm I logged onto my FNB app to check if my debit order due for the 25th had gone off yet, it had not yet reflected. At12:03am on 26/02/2020 (7 minuteslater) I logged on again and there the debit order for R1533 had reflected in a minus but the amount showing on my account was - R1564. (extra R31 not from the debit order). However I didn't mind. At 2:54pm on 26/02/2020 (15 hours later) R2800 was paid into my account and my balance was now R1236 which I transferred to my saving. And my account balance was R0. At 12:01am on 27/02/2020 FNB charges an amount of - R155 to my account for 1 item in excess when there are no longer items in excess putting my account into a - R155.

I phoned customer care to help me resolve this amount who by the way told me that the R155 was charged when a debut order is in excess for longer than 24 hours, she also just kept saying she wanted to explain, wanted to e plain after which I told her I understand how it works but it's not my problem if FNB only processes payments later on the day, it's not my problem and that FNB I commiting ***** after which she put the phone down in my ear. (I placed a call and was transferred to business desk at 08:07am 27/02/2020) ...but according to the time line from when the debit order reflected on my account and a when a payment came into my account, is only 15 hours. I don't want to hear FNB try to explain that the debit order was loaded for the 25th so that is why they charged me an excess fee. If the debit order was loaded for the 25th than the debit order should go off at 12am on the 25th of the month, not 12 am on the 26th of the month(the following day)as in the case with all my debit orders recently... Then you can't charge the customer a fee for your estimated time off excess even though the item did not yet reflect on the customers account that they could see...that is *****.... And I will not hesitate to switch banks if this does not get resolved today.... I expect FNB to reverse that fee on my account and then one of the consultants will phone me and tell me that it has successfully been done as I know it can be done as it has been done before on a previous occasion. OR ELSE I WILL BE OPENING UP AN ACCOUNT WITH ABSA TODAY AND CLOSING MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT WITH FNB. I don't want too hear stories, I want this fixed without FNB disrupting my clients and time today... I already phoned this morning to have it resolved, and after using up R50 worth off airtime all I got was a consultant hanging up on me....
