FNB ********ly Forcing me to Pay Prescribed Debt

A certain Chauke Abigail at FNB ********** continues to ********ly force me to pay a prescribed debt.

I had enquired about this account and upon learning that it is written off as prescribed debt, i was legally advised as per the Prescription Act that it is ******** to pay/settle a prescribed debt. In addition to that, i was specifically told by FNB correspondent by the name Maseko Jackie ********** that i have no further account outstanding and that it is not a legal requirement to pay a prescribed debt. That the account has been closed and I cannot pay a closed account.

Now Abigail Chauke's statement is contrary to the National Credit Act and Prescription Act no. 68 of 1969. Abigail states that until i pay the written off amount which is prescribed, FNB will not remove the listing. This is ******** and i would like the listing removed.
