FNB ********ly black listed me
FNB has a nasty habbit of not following rules, and in this case the law. I've been sequestrated in 2014, and I had a FNB Credit Card. I was granted with a rehabilitation order in November 2020, and although I stated off with a blank slate, FNB still keeps me on the Black list of Experian (at least that is according to Absa). It is impossible to contact FNB to talk to anybody about it, and after several attempt and frustrating hours, I have given up on that path. I reverted to this one, because it seems to be the only one where businesses will sort out there messes when you tell the public about them. I tried the complaints path of FNB, but it is basically a month ago and I still have not received a response. The FNB Credit Card was part of my insolvent estate back in 2014, still they tried to hand over my account to attorneys to collect the money. That debt has prescribed years ago, however, they still have my name on a black list at a credit bureau. I really would like for them to contact me so this can be sorted out.
