FNB ******** bank charges

FNB charged me R290 in bank charges as my account was supposedly overdrawn BUT this was not the case. There was funds in the account and they ********ly charged me this amount for no reason.

I need FNB to remove these charges!

How do you just charge your clients for no reason?
