Fnb unkown overdraft
I was using my card for 2 payment on the 1st of december transferring from my savings to my main account at a till when i buy , when i check my bank charges its very insane - on my account i called immediately and do app chart was told i owe 253 pick n pay and 150 something from other shop i told them please check my bank statement i did a tranfer immediately at the till point please fix this or close my account i wont be treated like this

10 Jan 2024, 14:34Im still waiting since monday no feedback from Fnb the only thing will do is move my salary because issue is not being resolved i even wen ti the branch the consultantant was also confused with all those transactions please attend my query
