Fnb unknown debit

Since last year there are unknown debit orders that have been deducting from my cheque account and I tried to report to fnb customer service and they said there's nothing they can do. I left my account with few rands and asked fnb bank to close my account and they said I must wait for 4 days. Days passed and unknown debits went through. Now they are saying they can't assist me. So that means I lost my money and they're ready to blacklist me cause account is on minus.

Please assist me to close account
