FNB Unknown Billing
In April I logged a request for FNB to investigate 3 charges that appeared on my One Account. The reference for each transaction was "EDO collection attempt". After numerous emails, I discovered today that FNB has charged me legal fees. Every month they charge me approximately R630. My account is currently in arrears for R2000. In my case I was dealing with Liezel Luus. She was certainly aware of the charges yet did not provide feedback.
Please check your transaction history. FNB is not transparent. They charge fees without issuing notices or invoices. They bill you then ignore your emails to enquire.
How can I help you? Do not let FNB help you. I plan on closing all my accounts by the end of the year!
