FNB unjust treatment to small accounts.

my account has been frozen for more than 2 months, Since then i have never been contacted once on why is my account frozen, i had to call them over and over again to just get a reason why it was frozen.

And to my surprise it has nothing to do with me. Someone deposited my to my account. why should my account be frozen because of that.

and everytime I try to get hold of the person who requested for my account to be frozen, theres no response, up until today my account is frozen and debits are bouncing for my loans and accounts.. my credit score dropped... im seconds away from going for a lawsuit.. this aint right.
