FNB ***** unit and Thabang Molefe are pathetic and ***********.

FNB ***** department is the most useless department, on the 5th of March 2024, I was supposed to withdraw ewallet of R1000 that had pin number, I was in Rustenburg and when I went to the ATM to withdraw there was an error message, however when I went to FNB branch I called the ***** department and they told me the money was withdrawn in Johannesburg, they promised me that the matter will be resolved in 21 days as per reference number ***, when I called FNB ***** department last week Monday and today they told me Thabang Molefe is handling my case and was given his contact numbers, his numbers just ring and goes on an answering machine, I have also emailed him and he doesn't even respond, Fnb security systems on wallet are pathetic and useless and their ***** division is even more pathetic.
