Fnb Unhappy client

Yesterday I made payments from my Fnb business to capitec because I wanted to pay employees I made pay and clear on some transactions on some I made direct payment with the hope that 3 hrs it will clear

Till now no payment went through sad part is that I’m a business that is struggling with cashflow let alone those employees who are stranded had to struggle to home with no money.

Tried to call Fnb no success

This is the second time this is happening it is very disturbing can’t Fnb resolve this once and for all?

Can’t they release the funds manually if the system failed?

Please pay this money over to return to Fnb business account?
