FNB unfair treatment

So guys I don't completely understand. I pay insurance on my loan an credit card, but when I asked for Covid assistants I was just given more loans which I have to pay back and still can't afford as so many other debt are also behind and still trying to catch up???? I don't really think this is fair, I mean in all honesty, isn't the insurance suppose to make special provisions for this Covid situation? It wasn't our fault either and I have always been a fantastic client and payments always up to date..... why are we then paying insurance?
