FNB Unfair left me stranded

Last thursday my overdraft was revoked. The money that was earmarked for renovations to my proerty was taken by pbc agreements. I have sent emails and tried calling (30 calls to pdc agreements ) no response. It was with reference to spousal agreement. The spousal agreement was for me to give my wife permission to use my credit card the cards was never activated. FNB left me stranded by doing this .Can some let me know the reason why this has happened
