FNB unexplained Charges on house loan

FNB is robbing people .I paid the total outstanding amount on the house as per statement. Then when I wanted the papers FNB asked me to pay another R466 as a settlement.where does this R466 come from as it could not be interest as I paid the whole outstanding amount before the next month interest was due
