FNB ********* debit order change

<p>So this is how FNB operates, they change my personal loan debit order date without my approval. I did complain on their website via email on Thursday, only to a receive a SMS today saying it has been referred, dialed the number supp**** and had to listen to the automated answering service for 20 minutes, still answer. I also phoned their so called premier banking service and was given the runaround, claiming that a SMS was sent to me. How do you change a debit order based on a sms, which, I did not receive? Their call center staff was most unhelpful and uninformed with their only goal to get me off their back even supplying false information. i will change my bank just to ensure I control my debit orders.</p>
