FNB ********* credit practice

My husband and I were sequestrated in 2016 due to my husband losing his job. 3 years of unemployment followed. Accounts were opened prior to that date. We followed the process as required by the court and worked with the trustees.

We have sent through the needed documents to FNB to prove sequestration. We were rehabilitated in 2021. We logged disputes with all the credit bureaus and provided the needed documents. All bad credit was removed as per the law. But now every month FNB sends through the bad debt and keeps on affecting our credit scores negatively. Apart from that in my opinion they are guilty of ********** activity since they **** to the credit bureau of the date the account was opened since they changed it to a date after sequestration. I had to send my original loan contract agreement to prove that FNB was lying about the date.

We are in a better financial situation now and we want to build up credit to buy a house but FNB keeps ons *****ing up our credit score. Next steps will be the ombudsman since surely altering the contract date to get information through is against the law.

This is happening with both my own and husbands credit scores.
