FNB ********* charges

I recently got a new credit card couriered to me as my current credit card will expir3 in August 2018. I got charged a R100 delivery fee and your call centre advised the R100 fee is charged whether it is delivered or collected at a branch. I feel this is grossly ********* and unfair on the part of FNB. I did not request a credit card that expires and FNB enforces it to expire. If FNB is the entity requiring this then I should not be charged for any fees for a new card. I expect the same t happen with my debit card.
