Fully aware of the LockDown regulations and their stated need, in controlling the Corona virus, to keep over 65 year olds at home the bank refuses to e-mail me a bank stamped copy of my bank statement. Although I am 73 years old they insist, to obtain that document, that I go in person to the bank branch - yet they are quite capable of e-mailing it to me FNB show a complete disregard for the value of human life and are completely *********
