FNB ********* actions for EXTRA MONEY, THREATENING customers.

Unauthorized purchases was made on my wife's account. Although there was no funds available, these person/s kept on trying to buy with her card. And her account kept on accruing costs. Although her card NEVER leave her body / hands. So how could her card have been cloned? We went to Hartbee****rt branch for this reason. They said no she need to get a new card, and would NOT cost her ANYTHING, as she have not lost the card. So we accepted the branch's suggestion, and got a new card. Photocopies was made of the card to PROOF she still have her card. THEN FNB charged her R140-00 for the replacement. And to make matters WORSE, FNB KEEP sending her messages and emails DAILY, just to collect MORE MONEY. Is it REALLY necessary to send her messages EVERYDAY so you FNB can get more money. Instead of being in debit R135-00, it is now R189-00 in debit. To me this is *********. We were told the replacement is FREE, they will reverse the costs. Now PLEASE, reverse these charges, AND the charges for the DAILY SMS's and emails. this is the DAILY threatening messages we get EVERYDAY WHENEVER your account is 10 cent in debit, UNTIL it is hundreds in debit. FNB :-) Your a/c ..995208 is in excess. Kindly correct immediately or FNB may dishonour. This will result in ***** cases, should FNB DISHONOUR previous transactions to cover their ********* WRONGFUL fees) • FNB :-) Your a/c ..995208 has been in excess for 5 days. Deposit funds to cover the excess and avoid unnecessary fees. FNB a div of FRB Ltd NCRCP20. 16Nov 07:00
