FNB UNEMPLOYMENT CLAIM

I submitted an unemployment claim on a policy in July 2020, I was unemployed from May 2020 and secured temporary employment in September 2020. I received correspondence mid Dec 2020 that my credit life poily was assessed for a potential claim indicating that I continued to earn full/partial income and therefore do not qualify for an inability to earn claim on your credit insurance. I dont know where they obtained this information as I received a minimal amount from a UIF claim. I sent commutation to enquire in the above with no response to date. A week ago I received my communication that my Inability to earn an income claim has come to an end as you are earning a full/partial income. Again how can something come to and end if it never started. I've submitted a claim in July 2020 and get rejected December 2020 and I'm informed my claim will come to and end in Jan 2021. As indicated I've send communication qnd only get an auto reply and I've called the number provided and wait tirelessly for someone to assist.
