FNB undermines certain races

The reason why I left fnb was that I was told of how the service is and how the ill treat people, I had an account to which I called asking to close it as I was moving to capitec but then I was told by the consultant that I could not close it because I still had a cellphone contract with them, I asked that should i pay the contract in full, will they close the account, the lady confirmed that it will be closed as soon as I have fully paid the contract, I did so and this was more than 4 years ago, now I getting messages that owe R1500 to which I was surprised, I went to the ever so *********** Dube branch that always feel that they can give bad service since that service is being offered to black people, the lady that was assisting me showed me that she has no time for me and made a call to fnb connect and just handed the phone to me to repeat my complaint again, I did so and the lady on the other side of the phone did not have a clue of what to do and referred me back to speak to the branch, I asked to speak to a Manager and I was told that he is not available (same old story to give to us black people), I asked to speak a supervisor and I was told that he went to a different branch, I mean which institutions runs without a superior? No manager, no supervisor, but I'm sure if I had gone to a branch that services white people, I would have recieved assistance, we are being undermined, the lady supposedly took my details and promised that a manager would call me, that was in December 2020, it's the 18th of Jan 2021 and guess what, the expected happened, I never received any call, now I'm sitting here and getting another message that I owe fnb, I mean for us to get such horrible service from such a big institution is shocking, I will copy this message that I'm sending as I am keeping proof of my communications to FnB to show how many times I have tried to get assistance to no avail from this bank and I will then escalate further, my cell number that I left at that bank was ***,
