FNB - Unauthorized Purchase MAC AND THINGS ****
So yesterday, 9th February I wanted to purchase with my FNB card only for it to be declined. When I went into my banking app I saw that all my money is out of my account and leaving me in a overdraft of over R500! Reference: Mac and Things...
I called the bank immediately and a ***** case was opened. What is so disgusting and disappointing, is the fact that the bank FNB tells me I can only get my money back when the investigation is complete. So my question to them is, so I need to wait that long to feed my kids ect?
This morning I called the bank and they transferred me from department to department for almost 2 hours. How pathetic is that?
They can see on the internet that this is a **** so why the investigation? This is a SECURITY BREACH on their side, but yet they wont admit it!!!
I am so done with FNB

Why now a deduction from a place I dont know. So where did the money go when I made this purchase.
They are now making it thats its the clients fault In order not to reimburse us.

Telling me this is bank terminology that I wont Understand!
So I was told what they see on their side with transactions or money being reversed in your account, you cant see only they can see that. WTH.
I am taking this further with all the proof and recording I have.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

I was told I made a purchase on September 27 of R1632 from Shein, Yes I did and its on my Shein app. But why deduct R2158, and a few days before R110 which is not even on my Shein app as a Purchase.
So I am so confused as when I made the purchase the money went out of my account. And this ***** agent tells me that Pending payments was credited back to the client. But I wont see it on my side only they can see it. I went through my transactions while on the phone and told her what I see. However, she felt to indirectly tell me I am stupid by saying "This is bank terminology that you wont understand".
There was no balance change on my statements for the dates that she has given me!!!
I want my money back, this is just that FNB dont want to admit that there has been security breaches on their side.
I AM CHANGING MY BANK IMMEDIATLEY. Because I am not stupid. their explanations dont make sense and them telling me I AM NOT GETTING MY MONEY BACK.
