FNB unauthorized deduction

I have been unemployed since December 2013 and I have informed FNB of this and in 2017 I received a call from them and I made an arrangement that I will make a payment of R50 a month towards my loan as I am actively looking for a job or business On the 29 May 2017 FNB deducts an amount of R1134 from my account. I spoke to Mpumi Gumede at collections department who told me that for me to get my refund I need to get the letter of agreement from Unilaw as my account is no longer with them. She also told me that whenever they see money from my account they will deduct it. I asked her when was it moved to Unilaw she told me she does not know and she cannot view any arrangement made. I called Unilaw this morning and they told me that my account came to them last week and I spoke to Noleen. She told me she did receive a call from FNB to call me and they do not give letter and Mpumi did not tell me the truth that she cannot view the payment and notes written on the system. All I want is my refund as I believe I am given a run around by FNB. I believe what they did is *******. I am supposed to go for meetings but because they took all my money I am not able to make it so that I can have more money. NCA does not allow for such things at all. They right FNB how can we help you. But how are they helping their customers when they take bread from our mouth.
