FNB - Unauthorized Debit Order - Looking for a Reversal

AEDO I have been a loyal customer for many years. An unauthorized debit order came through and when I tried to rever it, I was informed that it is an AEDO and it cant be reversed. I cant even get a confirmation that this won't happen again. this is after I had changed my bank card and got a new one, I was assured that their won't be any debit orders. I have approached, written, called the company responsible for the debit order, and have received no answers. I am left with no choice but to close my account and move to a new account as the bank can't protect me.
