FNB UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER.

I wrote to Hello Peter yesterday regarding FNB unauthorized debit order of R3273. FNB then contacted me and i was informed that i have made payment arrangement with the attorneys called Groenewald Lubbe. I called the attorneys which they vehemently denied that i made any payment arrangement with them and of which its true I did not make any arrangements. I then contacted FNB regarding this and they still refused to bring back my money stating that they have the right to go into my account and debit whenever they fell like. all banks should abide by they banking codes and the national credit act. It is ******** for FNB to debit my account with me authorizing it even if I owe them. There has to be an agreement between my self and FNB before they can debit my account. The only I need is for FNB to pay back my money so that i can close my account with them.

I spoke to a lady called Sibongile M who stated that FNB will never reverse the unauthorized debit order.
