FNB unauthorized debit order

Email to;

'***'

And

'***'

No Response

"Good Day

Following our conversation earlier, I would like to discuss the matter that your Contact Centre Agent was being really rude and condescending towards me as a valued FNB client.

Also an unauthorized debit order went off my account today and I expect that; IT MUST BE PAID BACK TO ME NO LATER THEN TODAY.

I’m not going to wait a day longer. If this is not done, I will go to Hello Peter and then to the Ombudsman for Banking Services. *** , I feel that overall I’m not being treated fairly as client here.

I don’t understand why I would tell a Loan sales consultant that She/he must take the debit order off my account on the 20th of each month knowing that I get paid on the 25th religiously for the last 5 years.

Also I would like the Sales recording where I informed the agent to debit my account today. And If FNB was wrong here I will fight for them to compensate me for this inconvenience here!

I’m expecting this matter to be resolve.

Mr. Blignault"
