FNB - UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CHECKS

Every month when I check my credit score on Experian, I always find that FNB has done a Credit Query without my concern:

I have not made any applications to FNB for credit or debit cards or loans, etc.

Why does this reflect on my Credit Report Summary?

Seems like FNB is running credit checks without the necessary consent. This is *******.
