FNB unauthorized Credit Checks

There's are 3 Credit Enquiries that have been made by FNB to me with no reason whatsoever:

1. 28-05-2020 - FNB - MBG CORE BANKING SOLUTIONS 2. 20-04-2020 - FNB - MBG CORE BANKING SOLUTIONS 3. 08-04-2020 - FNB MBG MULTI PRODUCT (CARD / CHEQUE / RCP)

Can anyone explain what is going on here???
