FNB unauthorised transfer from personal acc to loan acc

Good day,can you please assist me. I went through a financial issue and loaned money from my work to pay rent in arrears. Next moment i got a sms saying that R23000 was transferred from my easy acc to my loan acc,now i cant pay my rents and called fnb and they said i must speak to their loans division,ibtried calling and left messages with no luck....I need my money back in to my acc,this is theft! Please can someone assist me or point me in the right direction
