FNB unauthorised transactions. I received No help from FNB

FNB refuses to help me resolve unauthorised transactions that have been happening on my account. I did not authorise any transaction but even a transaction that was above my daily limit went out. Not once but twice. I had to block my card so no more transactions could be done.

Why am I not assisted? Since when do transactions go out without one having to approve?

Is this an inside job?
