FNB -UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS X 2 - SERVEXREC

FNB! How did you allow a company called Servexrec into my bank account and Two UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS - R98 each to be taken off my account!!!! Calling your 087 numbers and holding of for 20 mins before the one sent me to the other yielded no satisfaction in reversing these transactions for me, nor could your *********** agents answer me on how this is allowed nor could anyone assist me in reversing these 2 ********** transactions!!! Authenticating my account number via your system also is a huge problem - you enter the last 6 digits and the answer is "we cannot authenticate you ..."

I AM CLOSING MY ACCOUNTS WITH FNB!!! PATHETIC SERVICE ALL ROUND
