FNB unauthorised Debit orders

Good day,i am so angry at FNB,i had a debit order against my account for R498 by HomeChoice which i did not authorise let alone do i have any business with Home Choice,i dont even have a s**** from them.I tried calling FNB to reverse and stop it but i had to hold for 30 minutes and did nit get help.The answering machine said i should debit via an APP or cellphone banking knowing exactly that one cannot reverse or dispute debit orders over R200.

FNB has a facility called "debiCheck" which says before any new debit orders can go off your account you need to authorise it first,so im shocked now why did this debit order go through when i had not been notified of it?

I need answers and my money reversed back to my account,i went to 2 branches in Lenasia and Protea glen but the close at 11 so they turned me back.
