FNB unauthorised debit orders

Last month i had an unauthorised debit order and struggled to reverse the debit order. FNB complaints department called and i was told that the service for reversing the debit orders was now available. They reversed the debit order and said they stopped the debit order and charged me for stopping the debit order to my surprise the same debit order ran and i am being told that they do not have the option to stop the debit order via their app. The amount deducted is R457.00 and the app allows only R200. There is no contact number which you can call to reverse because they removed the department according to the consultant who was on the chat.
