FNB Unauthorised debit orders

Good Day

I have had 2 queries in the last 3 weeks. none of them have been resolved. I have been a FNB client for the last 20 years am i am very unhappy with the service that i am receiving

Firstly an unauthorised debit order went thru my account , making my account go into arrears thus making me forfeit my overdraft rebate. I have called and was told that it would be sorted in 3 days time. That is now 3 weeks ago.

Then there was another unauthorised debit order from FNB on my account on the 17 Dec. I have called more than 10 times today but i keep getting transferred or the calls keep getting cut

Please i need assistance.
