Fnb unauthorised debit

<p>Hello</p> <p>I'm hoping you can assist me..I opened an fnb account 2 weeks ago..I however previously had a an account with n had a an outstanding loan amount of 3000.00 some odd rands.. when I opened the account I explain to the consultant regarding the loan an advised that I make an arrangement with the legal dept handling the account... which I did and have proof on my cellphone I now see tht fnb has deducted 2000.00 rands from my account which I have not authorised.. I was told tht the agreement and arrangements made with the legal dept will be the amount debited as from next month.</p> <p>How do I access these funds again.</p> <p>Please help I feel now tht I was **** to. I know o owe them the money therefore I made he arrangement </p>
