FNB - UNAUTHORISED CREDIT CHECKS

I have just checked my credit score on Clearscore The following Credit Query has shown:

Enquired on 19th January 2023 FNB EDG Multi Product

I had a fairly new faulty Fusion card replaced at about that time.

Why does this reflect on my Credit Report Summary?

Seems like FNB is running credit checks without the necessary consent.
