FNB - UNAUTHORISED AND ******* CREDIT CHECKS

I am actually livid !! FNB is conducting unauthorised and ******* credit checks on my account without my authorisation !!!

I have checked my credit score on Clear Score and the below credit check was made by themselves under the following description: FNB EDG Multi Product !!!

What utter nonsense is this ??? I have not even so much as app**** for a single thing from them other than having a bank account with them ! And not sure why it reflects on my Credit Score Summary ? Do they not realise that doing unnecessary credit checks looks bad on my part puts me in a bad light for future necessary credit checks ? … Do I really need to bear the brunt for this ? Surely this is ******* ?
