FNB - Unacceptable practice
How does FNB repay you for 30 years of banking loyalty? They add bank charges to an account that hasn't been used in a year, close said bank account without even so much as a courtesy phone call and then send you a SMS to tell you that you've been handed over to lawyers. All for R240.00

09 Nov 2020, 10:03So after not hearing from FNB again after the above response and having sorted out the account immediately, I get another message from their lawyers 2 weeks later threatening me for an overdue account. The same overdue account that has been sorted. Seriously?????
