FNB: Unable to transact through that account problem

I've been trying to reach FNB with regard to my personal account. Since Monday 23rd of March I have not been as to transact through my account. I tried buying airtime and all I got was, "transactions are not permitted in some of those accounts". Trying to call the FNB call centre number, they are not technically privy to solving your issue, and end up connecting your calls to a bunch of other people. I've been on the phone for more than two hours today without any concrete help. This is just poor service.
