FNB unable to stop ********** debit order

I was notified by sms that a debit order was loaded on my account for the end of this month. I googled the name of the company that lodged the debit order, AATrading, and found it to be **********. I contacted FNB requesting that the debit order be stopped. The response was that they could not stop a debit order that has not run yet. They apparently have no control over who loads a debit order on your account irrespective of whether you have authorized the debit order or not. Their response was: "Please note that all banks are third parties when it comes to debit orders and as such we cannot simply stop them. If the company (********** or not) doesn't remove you from their system or you cannot get hold of them please report them to the authorities." I just wanted to let people know that FNB has absolutely no interest in the security of your money and take no responsibility for it's safe- keeping.
