FNB Unable to share / retain data internally
Completed all my KYC / FICA information during a marathon session with FNB Knysna, which I thought was super helpful. Today, FNBs FICA department contacts me for the very same information and it appears that everything that was provided on Saturday was lost.

Every time FNB harasses me about KYC info that I've already supp**** to them multiple times, I will log a new complaint.
We really need bank account numbers that are agnostic of the banks, so that it's easier to move your business elsewhere.
