FNB unable to reprint Afrikaans Statements in English

I’m applying for a visa and need to submit 3 months banks statements verified in English.

But apparently FNB is unable to reprint my Afrikaans bank statements in English!? As it been issued in Afrikaans and can’t be changed.

I’m looking at losing a lot of money on this trip because of this as I’m unable to get my visa because of FNB's terrible service for something as trivial as reprinting an English bank statement.

I can't begin to express the frustration I’m experiencing.

Please FNB, I need someone that is willing to listen and understand my situation.
