FNB - Unable to provide tax certificates!

We have been trying for months to get a simple IT3b from FNB. The consultants are so lazy, they just refer you to the banking profile, even when you tell them the 2022 certificate is not on there. There are no working email addresses, which is shocking for a major bank. I was also told the certificates does not get emailed anymore. I have sent in a complaint on one of their platforms and got no response. I would not recommend anyone to take out a business account with FNB, as you cannot even get a simple thing like a tax certificate!

This was my complaint from last year....and we are sitting with the same problem this year. I have tons of emails that went unanswered from FNB. Shocking service!
