FNB unable to provide change
I have my business account with FNB. This morning after trying to get through to the Long Beach Mall Branch for 45 minutes I finally spoke to someone there. I needed to order change so that I can trade. I was told that change would only be available next week! In 5 days time. I find this completely outrageous. What I am supposed to tell my customers... the bank has run out of change... sorry no change for the next 5 days! FNB Long Beach Mall really disappoints. FNB as a group spend hundreds of millions on advertising yet cannot provide basic services to their clients.. shame on them.

10 Jan 2019, 16:51On 2nd Jan I wrote in about lack of change at FNB. The same day I got feedback saying that the bank would be looking into the matter and who give me feedback... A week later and not a sign of any feedback. FNB's client service is really not up to scratch.
