FNB unable to produce document for foreign natio

Hi,<br> I have gone around woodmead branch and Sandton city branch to request for a letter for my company.<br> Is there any progress at all? This is highly disappointing as none of your staff at the branch are aware of such a requirement. I have no support from the premier banker as well. All I need is a document as attached which was received by my fiancee in 30 minutes of requesting the same and this is the customer service FNB offers. <br> <br> My Organization indicated that the other banks have offered the letter as per requirement and this is the first case with FNB and are quite shocked with the response.<br> <br> The requirement by my company ( SAP South Africa ) is as follows :<br> <br> Letter of declaration and undertaking from your bank declaring in writing whether you possess foreign assets and, if so, give an undertaking to the effect that the bank will not place such assets at the disposal of a third party normally resident in the republic. Also that you have not app**** for similar facilities through another bank.<br> I have tried calling the call center now to get an update and all they do is transfer calls between each other. I have updated a template from another bank in the mail.
